Italian vegetarian cooking is a perfect combination of great food and vegetarian needs. Individuals can enjoy their favorite foods while still adhering to their food needs. Individuals can choose from these great recipes to try Italian vegetarian cooking.

Individuals can try these recipes of several appetizers of Italian vegetarian cooking. They are Panzanella Salad, Rotini Salad with Feta Cheese and Black Olives, Italian Potato Salad with Sun Dried Tomatoes, Pecorino and Basil Crostini, Rocket (Arugula) and Baby Corn Panzerotti, and Tomato Bruschetta.

Individuals can add many pasta dishes to their Italian vegetarian cooking regime. Some are old favorites, some may be new.
