The lady in the video does a really good job of detailing things – she is chinese, yet speaks slowly and distinctly – so that you know just what to do. For instance, she describes the LENGTH of the hot peppers you should purchase for use in your General Tso Chicken.
And she pauses at ALL the right moments. She takes you through the marinade (and all its ingredients), then pauses. She explains about the vegetables – the green onion, in this case – and how she will use 2 parts of the onion.
